About Dublincoaching:

The 21st century has seen a lot of growth and development in the last few decades. Many opportunities have presented themselves with the globalisation and the expansion of the internet. But along with these new opportunities new challenges have also arisen. People have been given the freedom to take ownership of their own development but at the same time are expected to meet high demands and to be strong and successful in many different fields.

In January 2017 Dublincoaching was founded by Danny van Haren with the aim to help young professionals navigate in this rapidly changing landscape. Dublincoaching provides support and guidance for young professionals in their personal and professional development. This is done through a range of different services such as coaching, counselling and specialized workshops. By identifying their own values the clients of Dublincoaching will be better able to make use of their unique skill sets and to choose a development path or career that is suited for them. The practice focuses mainly on young professionals however Dublincoaching also offers her services to any people in the Dublin area seeking empowerment and support in their personal and professional lives.

The Dublincoaching values and logo:

You might have noticed Dublincoaching has adopted the ancient trinity symbol in her logo. This is not only because of a pride for Ireland and Dublin but also because Dublincoaching carries out her actions based on the values this symbol represents. The trinity symbol always represents 2 different forces coming together and being connected by the middle knot.

During one-on-one coaching sessions the real results do not come only from the coach nor does it come only from the coachee. The results and transformation happen throughout the process itself. This middle knot, the coaching, is a co-active process fueled by both the coach and coachee and produces results not possible by either party alone.

In counselling the process will take a closer look at what occurred in the past and what is desired for the future. Through activities and focus on the present (the middle knot) Dublincoaching will be there as a platform for her clients during the transition of a traumatic past experience to the building of a new phase and lifestyle.

In the same line coaching that takes place around professional development will often explore past habits and results and compare these to the desired habits and results for a certain role. The “middle knot” in this process will often be the choices that people make. Dublincoaching empowers her clients to make choices and apply changes that match with their values and ambitions.
